We want you to love every purchase you make from us! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our fair and transparent return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves, handbags)

  • Undergarments or intimate wear

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Please check product details before purchasing.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at Info@jabeenswear.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item is not approved for return (used, damaged, or missing tags), it will be sent back to you at your expense.


5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color of the same item, depending on stock availability.
If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos of the item and packaging to Info@jabeenswear.store.
    We’ll quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or processing a refund.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
